Please remember it is now essential for all guests to pre-book a time slot for your visit. We politely request that you refrain from visiting Crazee Bongos should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. The main symptoms of coronavirus are: 

• A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

We are looking forward to welcoming you back very soon and would like you to know about the precautions we are putting in place. All the following will apply: 

• The NHS QR code is displayed on entry for track and trace purposes.  We also hold your booking details as detailed in our terms and conditions to ensure we can contact you if necessary.
• Masks are to be worn at all times except when eating and drinking.
• Pre-booked sessions are in place to ensure we stick to our reduced capacity levels as set by the government.
• Time is built in between sessions to ensure the centre is clean for all customers on arrival
• The centre will be constantly cleaned with a sanitiser and the equipment sprayed regularly with a recommended product designed to kill viruses.
• Our staff will wear PPE to protect themselves and you at all times,
• Hand Sanitiser is available for our customers to use at all times and we encourage
  regular hand washing as advised by England Health.
• Signage is in place throughout the centre to encourage social distancing and
  our tables have been spaced appropriately to ensure a safe distance is
  maintained. We ask our customers to kindly refrain from moving tables.
• We ask customers to follow EHO guidelines relating to household groups.
  Currently, this means, no bookings over 6 people.
• Our cafe will be offering a reduced menu and we will be using single use
  crockery and cutlery wherever possible.

To support the health and safety of guests and staff during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic Crazee Bongos will be using non-contact thermometers to randomly screen the temperature of guests and employees before they enter. Guests who do not wish to undergo the temperature screening or who have a raised temperature of [37.8°C or above], along with their household group, will not be permitted entry but will be offered a full refund of the admission price of their ticket. No record of the temperature will be retained and the data will not be used for any other purpose.
