Crazee Bongos parties
A Crazee Bongos party lasts for an 1 hour and 45 minutes comprising of 30 minutes play, 30 minutes for food and Birthday Cake celebration and a further 45 minutes play.
Your party will be welcomed by a Party Host who will explain the party process, ensure all your guests are present for the fire register and will notify you when the room and food is ready for you, help you with the Birthday cake celebration and do all the clearing up to ensure you are free to focus on your group.
In addition to the party room, you will be provided with a table for 8 people within the main play centre area.
As the Party Parent, you will be responsible for the children in your group at all times and will need to make sure you have two adults available.

Party Food
Partying is hungry work and each party will be served a choice of food from our party menus which we can tailor to cater for any specific needs of a guest. Please discuss any special dietary requirements with us.
Food Options
Hot Food
Choose from chicken nuggets and chips, sausage and chips or veg nuggets and chips.
Cold Food
Individual sandwich box containing ham, jam or cheese sandwiches, pom bears, cucumber sticks, raisins and a mini chocolate bar.
All children receive vanilla ice-cream for dessert and jugs of squash will be on the party table.

Private Parties
Fancy having Crazee Bongos exclusively for your party? Then this is the party package for you.
Available 3.30pm to 5.15pm on a Sunday or from 3.30pm weekdays.
With all-area-access this party includes your own dedicated party host who will ensure that your party requirements are met. Your party food will be from any of our party menus.
Minimum number of children is 20 and cost is £14.95 per head including food.
Groups and Organisations
We welcome visitors from local groups and organisations. If you would like to discuss a specific event or evening activity as part of your regular programme, please contact info@crazeebongos.com
Terms and Conditions
Booking
There is a minimum number of 8 children required for parties.
A party booking will only be secured after a £30.00 deposit has been paid. This in non-refundable and is due 7 days after the provisional booking has been made.
Before your party
It is important that we cater for the right number of children. Please contact us as soon as you know final numbers. We do reserve the right to charge for the children originally booked in if no confirmation is made.
Please also let us know final requirements for party extras such as party bags, adult food platters etc.
Socks must be worn by all children when playing on the equipment so you may like to remind your guests or bring along a couple of spare pairs!
On the day
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of your party. You will be greeted by your host on arrival and taken to a reserved party area.
To help ensure all children enjoy their visit to Crazee Bongos at least 1 adult must be responsible for every 5 children. Parents have full responsibility for the supervision and behaviour of their children. Our staff are responsible for ensuring the safety of the play equipment.
We cannot accept responsibility for the personal belongings of you or your guests so please ensure you keep your eye on them at all times.
The structure of the party is predetermined and has been devised by Crazee Bongos to provide best quality and standard of service to our customers. If you require any changes, please discuss this with us prior to the day of the party.
Any additional children wishing to play outside of the booking will be required to pay separately and their parents will be directed to the counter area for payment.
Final payment for the party will be taken at the end of the party.

Please note that helium balloons are not permitted in the building due to Health and Safety reasons as they rise up to the ceiling and interrupt the function of our ceiling fans.
