The Annual pass

We now offer a childminder’s annual pass! Save £££’s throughout the year. Unlimited visits for only £95.00 per child. (Each childminders annual pass is not specific to a child, it is just specific to the amount of children you bring with you.) Childminder proof needed.

T&C’s

• An annual pass is only valid when presented for entry for the named child registered against the pass.
• Misuse may result in the annual pass being withdrawn with no refund.
• A head and shoulders photograph of the child will be required for future validation. This will be taken by a member of staff when the card is used for the first time.
• One adult is entitled to free admission when accompanying a pass holding child.
• Annual passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
• The pass must be shown on entry and validated before entry is allowed.
• Photocopies of annual passes will not be accepted.
• All annual passes remain the property of Crazee Bongos and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse.
• Annual Passes can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the management.
• Failure to present a valid Annual Pass will result in a charge of the on the day admission rate.
• Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher.
• Lost Annual Passes must be reported to Crazee Bongos immediately.
• In the event of a lost pass, Crazee Bongos will re-issue a replacement pass and charge an admin fee of £5.00 per pass.
• When applying for an annual pass, an adults name and address must be supplied for every application.
• All correspondence and mailings will be sent to the lead adults name and address given on the application form.
• Annual passes cannot be used for the following activities: Birthday, laser, group parties, special events including but not limited to Christmas and Halloween Parties.
• Management reserves the right to close early.
• Pass holders agree to abide by Crazee Bongos safety rules and rules of play.
• All pass holders are subject to session times and must leave when a session is complete.
• Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Discounted sibling membership is available only for children from the same family.
• No refunds are available for those wishing to end membership early.
• All data held will be treated securely under our privacy and data policy which is available on request.
